Physical description
Glazed ceramic plate with a printed illustration from The Old Curiosity Shop and a decorative border; the illustration and orange bands have been hand-painted. The verso is plain white with a maker's stamp and a stamp identifying the plate as part of a series. Two holes have been drilled through the foot of the plate to facilitate hanging, and there is a third hole as well.
